Terms Of Service

Every treatment has a risk of reaction, even if you have had the same treatment at a salon many times before, sometimes your skin can change, the products used by each lash tech can vary meaning different products/glues may react differently to each persons skin, also some medications can cause an unwanted reaction.

By proceeding with your beauty services, you acknowledge that all beauty treatments carry certain inherent and possible risks including but not limited to, redness, irritation, itching, swelling and/or other symptoms of reaction or response that are beyond Lash Goals By Jaz responsibility or control.

A patch test is always recommended, if you are concerned about a reaction please request a patch test, this will need to take place 48 hours prior to your treatment.

DEPOSITS: 

When you make a booking, you will need to pay a deposit. This will be deducted from your total and will secure your booking.  Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment.

RESCHEDULE: 

You can reschedule your booking upto 24hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your new booking. However if you reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will be lost and you will need to pay another deposit to rebook.

CANCELLATION:

You are able to cancel your appointment upto 24 hours before your booking however, your deposit will be lost. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you will be charged 50% of your booked services as an inconvience fee. 

LATE:

If you are running late to your appointment, please contact me to let me know. If you are more then 15mins late, your booking will be cancelled as I have other bookings after that I must be on time for. You will be charged 50% of your booked services as an inconvience fee.  

REFUND:

No refund on any services. Time and product have been used during your booking which cannot be returned.
